Stacey Bristow

With over 30 years of experience as a dedicated Social Worker, I have focused my career on advocating for and empowering disenfranchised youth and families.

Throughout this journey, I have been instrumental in creating and implementing impactful programs designed to bridge gaps within communities and foster environments where individuals can thrive. My work aims to address systemic issues and promote social justice, resilience, and equity.

Simultaneously, I have made significant contributions to the field of Public Health, specifically in the realm of HIV/AIDS. By integrating social work principles with public health initiatives,

I have played a vital role in raising awareness, providing support, and advocating for comprehensive strategies to combat the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

My approach is rooted in collaboration, community engagement, and evidence-based practices. I believe in the importance of holistic interventions that address both immediate needs and underlying social determinants of health.

Over the years, I have built strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders, to drive positive change and enhance the well-being of vulnerable populations.

I am passionate about creating a lasting impact and am committed to advancing social and health equity through innovative programs, advocacy, and education. My career reflects a steadfast dedication to empowering individuals and communities, promoting resilience, and striving for a more just and inclusive society.

E.Y.O. Inc., originally established as E.L.I.T.E. Youth Organization an LLC in 2015, transitioned into a nonprofit organization in 2024 to provide mentoring to middle and high school scholars because I am deeply invested in empowering youth to thrive and become productive, engaged citizens who contribute meaningfully to our communities. Adolescence is a critical period of growth and development, and young people benefit greatly from positive guidance and support.

Through this organization, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where scholars can learn, grow, and reach their full potential. By offering mentorship, I want to empower young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to navigate challenges, set goals, and make positive choices.

I believe that investing in our youth today not only enriches their lives but also strengthens our communities and shapes a brighter future for everyone.

Mentoring and supporting young individuals is not just about academic success; it's about fostering resilience, leadership, and well-being.

Ultimately, my goal is to inspire and guide the next generation of leaders, innovators, and compassionate individuals who will contribute positively to society and create a better world for themselves and others.

Through this work, I am committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people and helping them become thriving, healthy, and fulfilled adults.
